The product warranty is valid for 30 minutes from the moment of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description. EXCEPTION - p. 8. In case of problems with accounts, contact the store support. We are always ready to help. If more than 30 minutes have passed, the sooner you write, the better.

The product return/replacement guarantee is 99.99%, provided that a video confirmation of the problem is provided in accordance with p. 3.1. We recommend that you read the FAQ section on video recordings.

How to submit a request for a product replacement
Write in the chat on the website or in Telegram, even if we are not online (no need to write in several places at the same time).

Refunds (moneyback) are possible if the product cannot be replaced with a similar one. In case of a return, if the service commission is more than 1%, the buyer is responsible for covering the commission.

When contacting support for a replacement, the store may request a video of the purchase (for any product). This is not a mandatory procedure, but it guarantees the replacement of the product if it is not valid. The video must be recorded before payment, recording the moment of purchase and the issuance of the product or the message on the order page "Since download: Not downloaded".

P.S. The video must be recorded before paying for the product, and not after a request from an Akki Shop support agent.

The buyer is solely responsible for the purchase. Refunds or replacement of the product are not possible if the buyer has not clarified the conditions with support before the purchase.

The product warranty only covers the ability to log in to the account using a username and password. If the product contains data under paragraph 5.1, their use is mandatory (exception - paragraph 5.1.2).

The buyer understands that he must be competent in using the product. The store is not a supplier of these products and does not provide training on their use.

If the account works on one device but not on another, this is not a reason to return/replace the product if the product is not intended for a specific device.

Product warranty: 8.1 Standard warranty — 30 minutes.
8.2 VK — 10 minutes.
8.3 Individual warranty is specified in the product description. If there is no information, the standard warranty applies.
8.4 The product warranty is valid only while the supplier cooperates with the store. Otherwise, it becomes invalid.

Changing product data, such as login/password, email, must occur immediately after purchase to avoid accidental logins by third parties. EXCEPTION — clause 9.1.

9.1 It is prohibited to change data on accounts that have a real origin, such as VPN, movie services, etc.
9.2 The store is not responsible for the product on which the data was changed after some time.

The buyer is obliged to check the goods immediately after purchase, otherwise he loses the guarantee for the return or replacement of the goods. If the buyer has changed the data on the account, he may be denied a return/replacement of the goods.

After receiving the goods, the buyer is obliged to save them for further use, the store is not a storage of goods.

12.1 In case of replacement of goods, the buyer is obliged to save the received goods. The store is not a storage of goods.

The buyer is obliged to avoid spam and flooding addressed to the store. Otherwise, the store has the right to refuse service without compensation.

The store does not compensate for additional costs associated with the purchase of services for using the goods.

The warranty for the goods begins from the moment of receipt of the goods. If the buyer does not have the skills to work with the goods, this will not delay the warranty.

The buyer is obliged to provide all the necessary data in case of problems with the goods.

It is forbidden to leave requests without order data, and then send the order number or list of invalidations after the expiration of the warranty period.

The buyer cannot return or exchange the product if they have already used the account and only then requested a refund.

It is prohibited to use accounts that have been used to return or replace the product.

A support request must be made immediately upon discovering a problem. Otherwise, the buyer loses the right to a refund or replacement.

A proxy that matches the account's geolocation is required to work with the product. Using a VPN is prohibited.

Payments made manually cannot be returned to details that differ from those used for payment.

22.1 Payment through third parties, bots or services does not exempt from liability under paragraph 22. In this case, the money may not be credited and is not refundable.

Withdrawal of funds from the balance of the personal account is not possible. Refunds are only possible to wallets/cards when the minimum limit of the payment system is reached.
